A Unique experience awaits – encourage your children to indulge their sense of adventure. Blue Water’s Expedition Kayak Camp is a fun-filled week on Tomales Bay that provides the unique experience of sea kayaking and camping on the pristine beaches of the Point Reyes National Seashore. Our adventure offers young people the chance to challenge themselves while trying an exciting new sport.

This 5-day camp is an adventure filled camp for teenagers to experience what expedition sea kayaking is all about. The art of moving from camp to camp, packing, launching and landing fully loaded double kayaks builds teamwork, self-reliance, and a sense of exploration and adventure. Through activities such as tidepooling, snorkeling, and exploring by kayak participants will become marine naturalists, experiencing first hand the diversity and interdependence of this rich eco-system.

Our guides are professional kayak instructors and hold degrees and experience in education, outdoor education, and natural sciences. They are creative, enthusiastic, and full of energy. Their diverse experiences assure a positive and safe experience for your adventurer.
